  • Cosmetics Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability): Our products are for external use only. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Desire Cosmetics is not liable for any individual allergic reaction, injury, or damage resulting from the improper use of any product. Customers are solely responsible for reading the full ingredient list and conducting a patch test before use.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance checks.

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final at the time of order confirmation. Applicable taxes (GST) are either included in the listed price or added at the checkout.

  • Payment Methods (Razorpay Integration): We accept payments through the payment gateway services provided by Razorpay. We accept all payment methods supported by the Razorpay platform, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules:

    • COD is offered subject to service availability as determined by our courier partner.

    • Additional COD service charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

    • Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may result in account suspension or denial of COD services.

Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.

  • We do not collect, process, or store your card or banking details.

  • In case of payment disputes or failures, you should contact your bank or Razorpay directly.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through Shiprocket, our logistics partner.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and product availability.

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (ETD): Once shipped, the ETD is typically 5 to 7 working days. This is an estimate only. Desire Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat delivery fee of ₹70 INR may applicable on all orders below ₹999 INR. Orders exceeding ₹999 INR qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or if a wrong product was shipped. The request must be raised via email to desirecosmetics.help@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing videos as evidence.

  • Conditions of Return: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and labels intact. Used products are not eligible for return.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 15 working days of the returned product being received and inspected by our facility. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund is credited back to the original payment source.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) only. The customer must provide necessary bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) via email to our team to receive the refund amount.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website — including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and product visuals — is the intellectual property of Desire Cosmetics and protected under applicable Indian laws.
No part of this Website may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Desire Cosmetics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use or product purchase.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased by you.

  • We make no warranty that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
